Once they were informed of the delay, their response was immediate, and they resolved the issue and had the product delivered the next day. Impressive customer service, with clear and courteous communication throughout the process, and the product was exactly as described.     The description reads one pot of revel paint in your chosen colour and that is exactly what you will receive. I chose this seller because I was able to buy my choice of colours only as oposed to buying numerous pots for a single price and ending up with paint colours I will never use. Now I know the seller posts the paint using next day delivery, I will buy asll future paint from this seller. Fantastic service THANK YOU.

    The hamper was damaged in transit but the seller quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out and this was received next day. The hamper is lovely and the seller couldn't have done more to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Would definitely deal with this seller again. One happy customer AAAA+++++
