  Tree skirt rcv'd as described in new condition, decent quality and delivered fairly quickly. However, the coloration/saturation of the background material/fabric (blue) depicted in picture accompanying EBAY listing appears more vivid/richer than what it looks like in actuality (which is lighter/faded). Decent EBAYER!
