  Although the seller has nothing to do with shipping procedures or timings, the package arrived on time. Item was extremely clean as well as being very well boxed and packaged.   Gravy boat received in excellent condition. Happy with the seller. However, the USPS misdirected the pkg to Puerto Rico and just received today. I only gave 4 on communication because I didn't receive reply to my continuing concerns. Otherwise, I happy now that I received my item. I would buy from again and do recommend this seller.
