  Upon receiving the bag, I can't open the lock because it was stuck. I reached out to the seller to see if there's special ways of opening it. To make a long story short, the seller took the matter seriously. He is very approachable, receptive, courteous and certainly did his best to solve the whole issue in a very timely manner. I've never encounter anyone else who's as thoughtful as this seller is. I definitely look forward to more purchases from him in the near future.
