  Fantastic seller who communicates well and does what they can to ensure that customers have a great buying experience. Item was as described, well packaged and sent promptly. My items took a little longer to arrive than expected but this was entirely a postal issue and was beyond the control of the seller. Despite this they offered a replacement without hesitation (but the items did arrive) I definitely recommend their service.

  Just what I had been looking for as one Campagnolo pedal cap had gone missing from my gravel bike. A replacement pair were to cost me £65 until I was advised to check on your alternative replacement. At under £12 what could go wrong? I sent off for your dust caps. They arrived on the day promised. I was notified in advance . The packaging was excellent and the quality of the caps is superb! I can really recommend your company for the entire service

  High quality item. The condition is unused (new). Good value. The appearance is smart, clean and tidy. Great service from Velo Heaven. The water bottle cages were very well packaged in bubble wrap inside an envelope. They were dispatched quickly and delivered just as fast. They look great on my retro restoration. Really pleased with them, thank you.
