  Item arrived on time and better than described. Item was listed as refurbished but looked practically brand new. Quality very good with a nice size screen. Packaged in outer brown box, but inner box was the original packaging with hardly any dents. For the price I paid, I am very happy. This size dvd (12") would cost me over twice on the high street, what I paid for this portable dvd player. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

  Fast dispatch and delivery. The parcel was wrapped really well and also had a Fagile sticker for the delivery companyto handle with care. Box arrived with no damage. My Item was as described and is very good quality. For the size and the price the sound quality is very good too and works well with the monitor I brought and connects via Bluetooth easily as well. I would buy from this seller again in the future as hassle free transaction.

  The item provided was as described, minus a remote control, which will arrive later following constructive dialogue with the seller . I would also point out that there was an issue with delivery that was due to human error by Royal Mail which was rectified promptly , and would like to thank the seller for their support and advice through that process .Any one seeking a quality refurbished budget focused audio item would do well to pay their eBay store a visit

  Item was not delivered, they give me wrong tracking number and now waiting for refund. I received package in picture below, and they tell me that this number is for bookshelf speakers, but NO, this is other ITEM in my order - soundbar as it is clear from picture.
