    Thank you! I absolutely love this product & hope it proves to be durable. The packaging was impressively professional. Although shipping was a bit on the pricey side, it was definitely worth it. The USA charging adapter is a bit loose, but this treatment has quickly become my favorite because of its excellent performance. I sincerely recommend it! You & your team executed the packing process with impressive speed and outstanding attention to detail. I would certainly purchase from you again.

    The so-called attempt at deivery is not true, as I was at home all day on both occasions that they claim attempted delivery. Why don t they send a text message before attempted delivery? I realise the seller is not to blame for the delivery failure.
