  Good price for a replacement Daystate Alpha battery. Battery supplied in plastic box and carefully packed. Seller issued tracking information a few days before dispatch so arrived later than expected. Not a problem, but will keep this in mind if I need another quickly.

  The item arrived eventually - dispatched 25 April, arrived 6 May. The vendor was excellent when I contacted him about the delay and offered a refund or a replacement. The batteries arrived the day after he processed the refund. I have asked him how I can pay him for the goods. Very happy with the vendor and the batteries.
