  I purchased a wooden carved duck. The price and shipping speed were good..however the item was poorly packaged and the tail broke during shipping. The item was packaged by wrapping placing the duck in a plastic bag and only wrapping two sheets of paper around it. I understand the seller is not responsible for the way shipping services handle packages however the seller should have made a better attempt to keep the package from getting damaged. That’s why I leave neutral instead of negative.
