They sent me tracking updates through eBay messages all throughout the shipping process. I paid the customs to UPS the moment I saw the message from them and the package arrived smoothly and with no issues! Super secure packaging as well! One caveat: they shipped using UPS when the listing said FedEx. This was better for me as I prefer UPS, but it may be good to be upfront about this.

With the free shipping from Japan I expected it to take a week or two at least but it arrived in 4 days. Great service.
