  Described as open box but was brand new. Thrilled with how the sellers were willing to work with me in a timely matter to change the auction to free local pickup. Sellers even loaded the bulky boxed lawnmower into my car despite being very busy with other folks. I wish all auctions were this hassle-free. I'll definitely be buying from them again since it was a wonderful deal also. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

  Excellent seller with Great pricing. Product arrived well packaged and as in condition that was stated. However, one of the attachments was missing a piece, which is the part that attaches to the vacuum, the piece given is unusable.
