The item did not match up with the description that the seller stated, The picture that was displayed and the actual item was not the same. For the price I paid for the item, I should have received a pristine item. The description from the seller stated "Labeling Pre-Owned- but I don't think it was ever used". Item was dirty with sticky item in the pocket. Maybe buyer got our item confused with another purchase from a different seller but we did try to reach out with no reply. We encourage buyer to work with sellers; we are not the only seller on the receiving end as their feedback left for others indicates a trend. Sorry they are unhappy with purchase but we did everything we could.
