  Shipping was fast. Boots arrived but I noticed that they were factory seconds and It was not advertised but the pictures did show signs that would indicate factory seconds. Not a big deal as this boots are very nice. I still consider this purchase a good experience and I blame myself for not inspecting the pictures very closely. I would still highly recommend this seller because of the fast shipping, great communication, good packaging and good price.

  My order shipped very quickly. It arrived in the original box and the shoes themselves are pristine, unworn as the listing indicated. A great price for a coveted brand of slipper! The packaging arrived dry but a little smooshed by shipping. The shippers included some treats that my toddler will love. Thank you!

  This was one of the best purchases I have made and the reason was the experience with the Seller! Everything from the initial description was exactly as it was described, the offer I made was accepted really quickly, the shipping was very reasonable, packaging was handled with care and they added a few sweet treats upon opening and the value was outstanding.   What a class act- received item quickly and even better than the pictures! Wonderfully packed w/ little treats inside. One of those things that just makes you smile and say- wow this seller takes pride in what they do. Then I saw the business card thanking me for supporting a Veteran owned small business and well that seals the deal in my book! Didn’t know even notice when purchased- but LOVE doing anything I can to support our Veterans!! Would buy from this seller anytime in future. Thank you!
