    Purchased a Danalock V3 BT/Zigbee version. Item description did not mention which variant (country) and thus did not have the backplates I needed for the North American market. Seller was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. Seller mentioned they will also make adjustments to the description for their other postings. Lock I received also comes in brown OEM packaging and not retailer packaging. Excellent customer service and very fast response time.
