  I ordered the purple version: which came with a smaller head than the other colours - this wasn't clear from the photos. I asked the seller if this was a mistake and they said no, if you don't like it return it. The hoover also whistles when it's used and the metal pipe is very wobbly. No apologies from the seller. Just telling someone to return the item isn't good customer service and we have to swallow up the return costs for a faulty/incorrect item.

  Item looks great, and in very good condition. I had a slight problem, and was missing the right part. They were so very helpful, and replied very quickly, and a new bit being sent out right away. Great customer service

  Received item ,was damaged in transit,replacement parts sent out promptly, after mix up with courier delivery, got there in the end but seller did do their utmost to rectify,would recommend seller and should I want to make further purchases will be happy to use them,as I'm happy now.Thankyou.
