  The rug arrived in beautiful condition and was clearly washed beforehand. There was an issue with the package being lost in transit but the seller was very communicative throughout the entire experience and opened up an investigation claim with the shipper without me having to intervene or ask them to. Rug arrived was found immediately and delivered within the next couple business days. Pleased with the overall experience with the seller and would purchase from them again.
