  The item I brought was not delivered but I got a notification say they delivered it to me that is?a lie they hay robbed me of over £20 I think I have been scammed be aware of this company

  I think you understand that shipments are not delivered personally by sellers, but by courier services. I cannot be responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail postman, but I can advise you to: 1. check your mailbox, 2. ask your neighbors if they accidentally gave the package to him instead of you, 3. contact your post office with the tracking number of the package and find out who delivered it, when, and to whom, or maybe it is at the post office and is waiting for you.
