  Item received today. Packaged exceptionally well in a "do not bend" envelope. At first, i thought someone had sent me a certificate...LOL. When opened, the knitting brochure also was in a protective sleeve to keep it from getting bent. 1st class service. Will use again. Very happy customer.

  The service from the seller was impeccable and the quality and packaging of the product was great. It was the delivery that let it down unfortunately. My package was expected between 7-9 th April but wasn’t delivered until the 11th.

  Brand new, good quality , value for money, packaged well. Wool arrived two days later to what it should have because of courier. Yodel always running late. Would buy from again if I could choose a different courier, or Royal Mail.

  Colour in photos were true to actual yarn (had some disappointments in past regarding camera vs screen). Lovely yarn to crochet with (I am a serial beginner and finally got the hang of it!). Yarn came well packaged and promptly delivered, so would be happy to purchase from this seller again. Thankyou 👌
