  Unusual refund experience. Obligatorily positive. Not confident to shop with these folks in the future, can’t say I would if I were you either. Item was damaged, seller required photos before refund, and then ghosted me when I sent them photos. Luckily, eBay fulfilled the refund when the seller failed to execute. Envelope wasn’t damaged, so seller knowingly sent me a gouged, dented collectible. Weak sauce move imo.

  - on the plus side, the disc arrived very fast and in sealed mint condition - on the minus side, it was the wrong movie - there are very different films called The Illusionist - one is live action, one is animated. The listing image and description were for the animated film, but I received the live action film - on the plus side, the seller accepts returns So, disappointed with the error, but overall, still seems like a good seller.
