  Exactly as described. Seller was extremely helpful and even offered a replacement for item when it did not arrive on time (even though tracking said it had! It did arrive the next day, so post office is to blame)

  Can't say item was as described because it never showed up their shipping time was good communication was good and service was good The post office has to have sent to the wrong place cuz I never received it and they promptly refunded it even though it didn't show up overall experience was still good though they resolved it by refunding And I'll probably reorder again..

  This seller advertised the Smoke Pipe with bags and cleaning tool !. Ok I bought but what I received was only the Pipe?. When I decided to return , the seller send me a email upset 😡 for the reason of returning. Beside the delivery company is local with poor service the box of the Pipe is a mess. Sellers that advertise with lies. I don't know how Ebay has those people.!
