Pliers Set was still enclosed in the original manufacturers plastic wrap around the box the Pliers Set is packed. Set was packed well for shipping. Package arrived quickly.   A+, Excellent communication & great seller. My tool set WAS new, but not in the tray & wrapped packaging as new, and I was giving this set as a gift. Otherwise it wouldn't have mattered.
