Set came brand new sealed in the package. Snap-on mispackaged the shallow set and put a 1/4" 15mm in place of where a 14mm should have been. Contacted the seller and he sent me a return label to swap sockets and just received the correct socket. Seller did not have to do this for me as this was a Snap-on issue but did it anyways. Will defiantly purchase from again!

Then waited for another week and messaged for a tracking number and didn’t get any response until almost another week then finally got what I ordered! But in the end the item I ordered was brand new like described and at a good price!seller supposed to make it right
