  This account has the incorrect delivery address and i changed it but it still stated delivery address was in Omaha. I was able to message seller and they acted quickly and i got my item in the mail. The packaging ad awful from transportation BUT the item inside was in tip top shape. I got it at a good price and they were amazing thanks guys after the blizzard here in Nebraska I will be installing. Again thank you so much for your quick response and the great kind of cool looking luggage rack.

  Was returned and they refunded the full price. They found it before it was actually left their warehouse. So, all is good in the neighborhood. Was taking longer than expected to ship. We kept in contact with each other all through this. Glitches happen. I get it. Good people to work with. That is the beauty of messaging. Want to know what is going on?   I ordered black metal version of sissy bar and they sent me chrome. I emailed them and sent pictures showing them problem and 4 days later haven't herd anything. They should have sent me a return label for the chrome one by now. And shipped the black metal on to me already. Terrible customer service!

  Seller is great, product is not. Seller was responsive to questions and shipped quickly in quality packaging. Product looks nice, and was in good condition, but is a poor value. This backrest is made of cheap metal and bent about 3-4” on our first ride, definitely not safe. Seller did offer a $15 refund, but considering I now have a $150 product I can’t use + the extra shipping to get it up to Alaska, that doesn’t quite cut it.
