  My seller kept me informed of the shipping schedule and my package arrived early. It came from Japan and is a gift. I am positive that the product inside is exactly as pictured on the web site. I want to keep the package intact (unopened by me) because the recipient will enjoy seeing the stamp and shipping label with Japanese characters.

  The shipping was as to be expected as it was coming from "Japan". His size was exactly as described. Packaging was in plastic and easy to cut open. (scissors needed) The value is a great item and worth your money. I do recommend this for your teenagers backpacks for expression. I do with he had a lower jaw and teeth and he only has top teeth. So he is half a$$ smiling at you. It's adorable and going to order more as they come out. So far the wait is anticipating. 😉😍 not for ages under 5 years
