    The UPS arrived in excellent condition and has been running smoothly for several days. It came in its original box and was securely packed. There were only minor cosmetic marks (as expected with a used item), but otherwise it looked almost brand new — even the fan blades were clean. The seller went above and beyond by promptly sending a few missing components. Great communication, outstanding service, and a great price too.

    Quick delivery, just as described but arrived damaged in transit. UPS-Trader immediately sent out a replacement (upgraded model) on the understanding that I swapped the batteries over. Great service and communications, thanks 😀

    Buying from them again due to great experience last time, and once again everything was perfect. Great product in perfect condition, packaged really well, delivered next day, and at a good price

    As usual exactly as described. Well packaged although the strapping didn't need cutting. Decent value, looks new and came with labels for warranty, and purchaser. Upgrade from 2x12v 7ah batts to 9ah. Quickly dispatched, and full tracking with a good time window from parcel force. Unlike other providers ! Thanks again.

    Even though ordered over Christmas, was posted before being officially open unfortunately Parcel Force took 3 days to deliver! Great packaging as usual for this supplier after charging has been working fine 🙏👍 Communication also very good 👍

    I don't normally take time to do feedback. But Nathan at UPS Trader is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 battery packs for my APC UPS. Unfortunately the courier was less than kind and damaged one of the batteries. Nothing awful but it made a little crack in the battery wall. I contacted the supplier and was replied to by Nathan. Couldn't have been more helpful. Shipped a replacement which I had in 2 days. Amazing service and a great company. 5 stars.
