  I ordered an upright fan from this seller and gave the wrong delivery address. As soon as I contacted the seller and explained the situation, the order was cancelled for me and a refund made promptly. Now, that is what I call real service!! I look forward to dealing again....but this time, with the right address given by me!!

  There's a mystery here! The product is quoted as Growmore (which, if I remember rightly, is a fertiliser), the package in the photo says it's Growmoor, and the actual item is labelled Moorland. However, the web address on the pack takes you to Growmoor. I've used this before with great success as it's peat based, and the peat-free composts I've tried have been rubbish. Whatever the name, it's exactly what I wanted. Arrived promptly, in good condition, excellent value. Full marks!

  Item arrived as stated unfortunately both grips fell off when removing packaging and one also had a dent. Contacted seller who after two emails offered a refund and returns label. I would have preferred a reduction in price to avoid the need to go to the post office because I’m disabled. I decided to fix both grips and excepted the dent to avoid unnecessary delays and the need to source a replacement item from another supplier which would have been very time consuming.
