  As typical with vintage product such as this, the likelihood of something not working or going wrong is very possible and is the risk you take in buying this older technology with a lot of moving parts. The seller provided us with product exactly as advertised however had some issues mechanically with the provided goods once fired up. Immediately contacted the seller and described the issue. Long story short, the seller was able to offer a sizable discount and was sorry for what had happened,

  Seller ignored my request (sent within minutes of purchase) to ship items separately. Instead, all 5 were packed in one 17.79 lb box, now held at customs with high duties and loss on resale. Seller later claimed I messaged “long after,” but timestamps prove otherwise. Products were fine, but failure to follow instructions and shifting blame made this a frustrating and costly experience.

  Buyer placed an order for 5 items, 5 separate orders all going to the same location in Sunrise, FL. Why would they be held at Customs? That is because buyer is using a 3rd party freight forwarder to get the items in Jamaica. We shipped all 5 items together because they were all going to the same place. We are not responsible for customs into a country which we don't ship to. Buyer has been blocked.
