  Seller has not shipped keyboards, just started a tracking number. Seller stated after he started tracking number that the listing of 10 keyboards was only 1 keyboard. I ask the seller to cancel the order and Refund my payment. Have not heard anything.

  Item worked as it should but seller could communicate better. I purchased because it said I could get as early as 2 days. Daughter needed pc for school. Seller didn't drop off at carrier based on FedEx tracking until after the earliest arrival date stated. I emailed asking to ship assp. Never got a response. Again good product, not gonna say bad seller, but could improve on communication.

  Although the listing provides no indication that it does not include a power supply, it arrived with none. When buying a computer, it's reasonable to expect a power supply unless told otherwise! I sent the seller a message about this before posting feedback and never received a response. Until the one I've ordered on Amazon arrives, I have no way to check how well it works (or if it works at all). It has multiple scratches on the case but not too bad.
