  I ordered and PAID for four knobs. I only received one. I contacted seller, who said he'd put three more in the mail the next day. Two weeks have now gone by. Never received a refund or my missing knobs.

  Item was not shipped until after the original delivery date. When I did receive order it was less than the amount that I ordered and paid for. Contacted seller about missing items and still have not heard back. Still waiting to see if they will respond. The actual pulls were great.

  Received items I did not order. Very very disappointed as the order was placed correctly & by eBay representative. Seller sent totally different items. eBay Representative Amanda to follow up.. I’m sending items back, do not want a refund, just want items I originally ordered as noted above. First time using eBay..dissappointed. Hopefully the Seller will make this right & send me what I ordered.
