  The item was listed as fully tested which it was not. It was poorly packed for shipping. The cover had three broken clips that were actually included with the unit. The radome would rotate but would not transmit. However the seller immediately refunded my money after requesting a return. The seller did not request a return of the item

  I purchased this used plotter (mfd) that was said to be fully tested, but when I tried it some of the buttons and functions did not work. When I went to return it, though, the seller apologized and said he would "rethink" how he tests his products. He issued a return label and refund without a problem, though the whole affair did cost me a week. I appreciated his tone and prompt return service. I would try this seller again.

  Seller was quick to ship, item well packed and arrived in good condition. Item was as described in the e-bay listing. The radio tested out good, giving full power on all bands. Shipping was included in the sale price. Overall price was a bit high, but used radios of this model are hard to find. The radio appearance was good. Not mint, but as expected for a used radio.
