  Seller never shipped the item. They would not respond to messages so I had to get Ebay involved. They finally did respond to Ebay, stringing me along until it auto refunded. It would have been less effort on their part to refund me or ship the item, but they put additional effort into leading me along on the item. Terrible seller, highly recommend avoiding. Wasted my time with no intention of ever shipping the item and put effort into prolonging the support ticket resolution.

  "Sold as new" but was missing two pieces of the kit shown in the instruction booklet. Reached out to seller regarding missing items and no response from them at all. Shipping was fine, just wish item came as described. I didn't get 100% of the value I paid for.

  Thank you! Smooth transaction, beautiful item, packaged well. I added a safety chain to the bracelet because it came undone the first time I wore it and I almost lost it. Hopefully the safety chain will help it stay on my wrist securely. Thanks again!
