  Postage and packaging costs were reasonable and I received a $20.00 refund for postage. The refund was sent quickly. Items arrived on time taking the Easter holiday into account. Items were exactly as described and wrapped very safely in plenty of bubble wrap as they are fragile. This seller is wonderful to deal with and makes transactions fast and easy, is very pleasant and communicates quickly and well. Will buy from this seller again. I give this seller 100% in every category!!!

  Got sent completely wrong item. I dreaded contacting the seller because of the hassle that would be involved in returning and shipping etc. I was delighted that in this case a full refund was issued immediately and I didn't have to return the incorrect item either. Saved me a lot of hassle and didn't leave me out of pocket. Thankyou very much. Mistakes happen but this proved to show that this seller is AAA+
