  Very unusual sequence of events. Day after order, I received an eBay message that my order was delivered, however when I went to my mailbox there was no package. I checked with the USPS and they informed me it was delivered to a different address to a person with a different name. I alerted this eBay seller and they had another package delivered to my house the very next day. I'm not sure what happened, or how it happened, but the seller fixed it.

  I cannot say enough positive about this seller! They shipped the item to me very quickly, but the USPS either delivered to wrong address or not delivered at all, despite USPS saying it was delivered. While I got NOWHERE with them, the seller shipped me another set right away and it arrived sooner than expected. This was for a college student we are helping who needed these books right away. This seller went above and beyond! Thank you!!!!!
