  I cannot say enough positive about this seller! They shipped the item to me very quickly, but the USPS either delivered to wrong address or not delivered at all, despite USPS saying it was delivered. While I got NOWHERE with them, the seller shipped me another set right away and it arrived sooner than expected. This was for a college student we are helping who needed these books right away. This seller went above and beyond! Thank you!!!!!

  The product never arrived. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. That said communication with the seller was EXCELLENT. Almost immediately after advising seller of the FedEx screw up my money was refunded. No questions asked and no delays. Seller was happy to make up for the error that was not theirs. OUTSTANDING customer service. I would not hesitate to use this seller in the future.
