  Great seller, I received the item and there was a manufacturer defect with it. The seller responded promptly, apologized and included a tracking number for a replacement item. Definitely was not a issue the seller could have caught and would purchase from again if they are selling an item I am looking for. The item was a good price and was new like the description described and packaged well. Thanks for the quick response and solution. Great customer service

  Superlative customer service from this seller! The first one was lost in the mail. The seller quickly sent another one to replace it at no cost. Unfortunately, the second and third ones arrived broken due to poor packaging. Since these adapters are fragile, I implored the seller to ship it in a cardboard box rather than a poly bag, which they did, and finally that one arrived intact. I appreciate this seller shipping FOUR of these at their expense to finally resolve the problem.

Contacted them in the afternoon, they got back to me quickly and had a replacement in the mail the same day and it arrived by 10 am the next morning. Great experience , saving this seller 👍🏾

  Usps broke the first one delivered so I reached out to uneek supply to do an exchange and told them what happened. They simply sent out a new one in a nice sturdy box so it couldn't be damaged in transit. Fits my car stereo/dvd player (jvc kw-v350bt) perfectly. I've ordered a few items from them and have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys.
