  The mirror arrived broken, the packaging was all in perfect shape and unopened so it was probably broken at the manufacturer and was not the seller's fault, I was given a refund and instructed to discard the broken mirror, I will buy from them again

  Great company to buy from. Fed exhaust broke my first glass door and I sent them a message and they had another one sent out the next day. Would buy from them again!

  FedEx broke two door glass before delivery but the third one got delivered unscathed. The seller was quick to send another each time with no hesitation. Great to work with in every way.

  First problem was the listing stated it would be shipped UPS, they sent it USPS which took 2 weeks for delivery. I ordered 2 pins and paid for 2 pins. When I opened the undamaged sealed box there was only one. I messaged and called and they said they would check the weight from the shipping label. I got a return message stating the weight on the box was for 2. I asked if they put the wrong label on my box for someone that ordered only one and have not received a response. CROOKS!

  The correct label was placed on the correct box. When we ship a package it is weighed and label printed while the package is on the scale. The paperwork stored on file has your tracking information along with the weight of the package shipped. Unfortunately. we do not have any control over how long it takes the USPS to deliver a package. We offer free shipping, sorry your are displeased with this, we would gladly ship with whichever company you would like next time at your expense.

  After I purchased a part from this seller it seems the USPS lost or failed to get me the package properly. I tried contacting the seller after almost 2 weeks and then the package magically appeared in the mail! I have no clue who caused this mess.
