  The Seller shipped freshly painted custom item much later than promised. Professional framing shop also confirmed that this not the “100% hand-made” work but rather printed on canvas which is evidenced by straight edges not blurred as in the real artwork done by hand. The worst part is that they FOLDED the painting to save on shipping multiple times which damaged the paint along the deep creases and now they refuse the full refund. Hopefully, eBay will get this properly resolved.

  They canceled my order after i won the bid. They lied about it on the ebay cancellation reason saying "Out of stock or damaged"(the have a second listing of it ) but then gives me a different reason about the price being low
