  Communication with the seller was excellent. He was thorough and quick in responding to me. The camera was packaged extremely well and shipped promptly— arriving in the US within a few days of being sent from Japan. In fact, it arrived faster than most eBay purchases from the US. The seller is also very honest, which is not a given in every online purchase from eBay. He even checked with me before shipping to make sure I was aware I was buying the camera body without the kit lens.

  Seller was very polite and packaging was great! There was an issue that the item I bought was gonna be used item instead of the “new” one I bought but it came in looking like a brand new item so it worked out, they also offered a $20 refund since it was an honest mistake. Replied very fast to messages and shipping was very fast from Japan

  Excellent communication and support form the reseller. Very well packaged and double boxed. Everything as promised. Not on my picture that the power supply indicates 100V-240V 50/60Hz. This should perform fine in the US without a step-up transformer. However, the reseller recommends purchasing one.
