  Original order was apparently lost by USPS, but seller worked with me and shipped another, which arrived promptly. They were very responsive when I told them I didn’t get the item on time.. when it did arrive it was exactly as described and the price was the best price I could find for that item

  Now this is customer service! Goldcoastdistributing had this switch listed under 2 different listings at different price points. Even the higher price point was a pretty good deal, but the lower price point was a GREAT deal. I emailed goldcoastdistributing requesting they cancel my order (at higher price point) so I could purchase at the lower price point.
