  Although I initially encountered an issue with the item and the conditions under which it was shipped, the seller reached out to me and offered a partial refund. I felt that the proactive nature of the seller s communication, and the candor with which they discussed the matter were indicative of good business practices. I understand that given the high volume of sales on Ebay, some details can slip through the cracks. From my perspective, the seller has made things right. I recommend them.

  Hi shipping for $1.63 to the USA doesn't exist We have to pay a broker to carry the mail to the border and then it it is dropped at customs Actual cost os $3.75 for us as a customer of the broker.

  Although card never arrived because of Canada post shipping screw up of some kind lol the seller was in constant communication trying to rectify this situation and when it was obvious it was not going to show I received an immediate refund 👍🏻nice to see a seller that stands by their word
