  Very good company. I have had several orders with this company and the goods have arrived in tact as described and on time. However when I received my latest order the bags were all shredded and had obviously been damaged somewhere along the line. I reported this to the company and they responded very quickly, offering me the choice of a refund or reorder. I chose the latter and received them within days 5 Stars for your handling of this matter.

  Exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. Strange how difficult to find a ‘heavy duty’ Kraft brown wrapping paper: plenty of 85 or 90gsm, but Packaging-Supplies-Direct fulfilled the ‘heavy’ at 100gsm and delivered in good order and on time. Thank you. And I’m very happy with the price, too!

  Great value, new and quickly delivered. Packaging was destroyed by the courier with both ends open so unless I count the 200 bags I ordered I’ll never know what arrived. They appear good for the purpose and the one I used sealed easily enough
