    The item supposed to be delivered by Yodel. They marked as delivered through the letter box. The size of the letter box it’s smaller than the product itself. I informed te seller with attached pictures of the letter and a similar product which couldn’t pass through. Once they been informed, they refunded right away. Good customer service, good communication. I lost my time but at least not the money. Thanks!

    Unfortunately the carrier advised parcel would be delivered on the due date then later that package was damaged. Advised supplier who sent out a replacement and it arrived today The product is great, supplier caused no problems and communication excellent.

    Such a beautiful shade of mint green. Definitely great value. This will be doubled up with another green yarn , i have the perfect pattern for it. Well packaged. Great seller, posted very quickly but Yodel had it for about a week before it finally got delivered. Kept getting updates to say it was on way, then the next update would say it was delayed.
