  I cannot rate UK Parts Master highly enough. They came to my rescue after I needed a fog grill for my beloved TT. Communication was very friendly and they kept me updated throughout the purchase and when the parts finally arrived, they were packaged beautifully and in perfect condition.   Great quality item & good value against other sellers. Dispatch was slower than expected, total turnaround from order to delivery was 10days, which is less than ideal if you need to keep your car on the road. No communication to say dispatch would not be immediate. Otherwise, all good. 👍🏼

  As others have commented, seller does not meet the delivery promise made - item arrived nine days from order. Waste of time asking me to confirm that the item fits my car - if I’m stupid enough to order something that doesn’t fit, that’s my problem - so long as it’s accurately described, which it was. So come on, drop the silly email and give a realistic delivery timeframe!

  Sadly, this item did not arrive (lost in transit). However, the seller was quick to respond and offered a full refund to my bank. Hence, this is no reflection on the seller, whom I found to be honest, responsible and they responded quickly to any messages sent via ebay. Therefore, this seller is recommended.
