  The product was just as described, perfectly acceptable and good value. The delivery was awful,as one would expect from Evri. A week late and various excuses on email.

  Item was as described and arrived well packaged. However, I need to say, after reviewing the tracking, that Yodel delayed this by several days as it bounced around their network. I haven't marked the seller down, but am advising to check who the courier is before buying anything.

  The rating is for the supplier. A good seller, had an issue with item not working, a refund was given by return email. Cannot really comment on the item so have chosen a different solution for my needs. The seller use probably the worst courier service - Yodel, 6 days from them telling me the have the item to delivery.

  The item arrived in time. However it arrived damaged. I didn't raise an issue with the seller. However the seller reached out to me and initiated a partial refund. That shows high customer care from the seller which is rarity these days, so highly recommend the seller and their professionalism. Thanks.
