  Had a problem with this order which wasn t helped by royal mail taking bad photos of the parcel they damaged which resulted in me having to contact and mess the seller various times due to him not seeing any damage on the photo, ultimately the seller was able to claim from royal mail for the damaged parcel and gave me a full refund which was more than I was expecting. I would buy again as the item was nicely presented and very good value for money, nice assortment of items in the box

  I’m very happy with my purchase! The pumpkin seeds are of excellent quality-fresh, clean, and exactly as described. I originally ordered 1kg, but due to a system error I was sent 2kg. When I contacted the seller, they were kind enough to let me keep the extra amount at no additional cost. Really impressed with their generosity and customer service. Highly recommend this seller and will definitely order again.

  Brilliant, speedy service with excellent communication - though seller very badly let down by ebay who emailed me stating the price was significantly higher than It was, then wasted hours of my time with their obstructive response to my attempt to inform them there was a problem in their automated email system. Clearly ebay wishes to deflect problems it causes to customers and sellers and to take no action. I wish I could give a communication rating: ebay score on that front is minus.
