Il venditore molto disponibile e cortese: nonostante un mio errore nel lasciare un indirizzo al quale in questo periodo io non fossi, il venditore mi ha scritto offrendomi una soluzione intelligente, troppo per me.   Great seller! Item is in excellent condition, as described and as on the pictures. Fast shipping, the most careful and secure packaging I've experienced so far: each individual part of the coffee maker packed individually in bubble wrap. In addition, the whole interior of the shipping cardboard box was padded with polystyrene / EPS sheets cut to size. See attached pictures. Printed order details included, too. Amazing!   Peccato per la scelta del ( peggior ) corriere sul mercato : BARTOLINI che da noi nel bresciano è l'incubo di tutti quelli che devono ricevere una spedizione . Quindi : ritardo nella consegna del pacco e finti tentativi di consegna, come sempre. Per il resto il venditore è serio e ha fatto un ottimo imballo all'oggetto. Mi auguro solo che affidi le spedizioni a corrieri migliori in futuro. Per il resto tutto ok.
