  The item is perfect and was good value, but as others have said, it was shipped in a flimsy bag, so the box was completely beat up and some of the styrofoam on the inside was even broken. Loving the keyboard though!

  Great deal on a Yamaha Reface YC! The box was a little banged up but the keyboard and accessories are all new and fully functional. I had my doubts because the seller was not very responsive to messages and the shipping was really slow, but if you're patient you'll get a deal here!

  Other than shipping the item in a plastic bag stretched over the product box instead of the more preferred double-box shipping method, the item (other than the box that was pretty beat up) was in new condition.

  This is a great seller one of the very few good sellers on eBay anymore. Most sell junk counterfeit merchandise and eBay will not protect the buyer most of the time and PayPal won't protect you either. This seller is very good great products great prices fast shipping AAA+ seller. This Yamaha Reface yc keyboard is nice out of this world.
