  This item arrived early on 09/07/2025. The item came sealed and well packaged, the jacket came in pristine condition!!!. This is the second jacket that I have ordered, the next size up (m) which fits me great. A great priced item and good value for money!!!.   This is online shopping, and fit errors do happen, and the seller isn't responsible. Everyone has a different body type. I bought gloves for a few pounds and received fast delivery and a quick response after reporting a size issue. The seller exchanged the gloves for a larger size. Very quick response and assistance... no problem. A good seller... cares about their reputation in the business and their small retail customers. Thank you, and I recommend this seller to other buyers.

  Item arrived as described, reasonable quality for a reasonable price. The packaging however arrived open one end leaving the item hanging out. In my opinion the packaging was adequate for purpose but poorly treated after it was despatched, maybe the seller could tape the item to the inside of the packaging to make it secure? Overall I'm happy with the item and seller.

  Sent two lefthanded gloves out, when I asked for a replacement, they wanted me to send them back, which was a lot of rigmarole, has I do not have a printer., so they are sending a refund instead, don't know why they couldn't send another pair. I have shopped with this company for a few years, will be looking elsewhere from now on very disappointed

  This seller's superb communication and customer service deserves positive feedback. There was a problem with my order which meant I required a refund...that was disappointing...but the situation was dealt with very quickly and professionally and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better refund experience. The item description/photo however didn't match the item I received
