  Brand new. Washing machine. Arrived surprisingly quickly, unfortunately it leaked, small hole in door seal. When things go wrong it's the best time to judge a seller. Very soon after reporting the issue the seller got back to me offering a range of choices to fix the issue. Communication was fantastic and the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Buy with confidence.

  Not sure about item yet as not put together but comes well packaged and all looks good quality.delivery was unusual as delivered at 11.00pm 5 hours later than specified driver stated he would be a little late.
