  Item advertised is nothing like the item i received. Stated rechargeable and motion controlled. Item received has wire and would have to be disconnected to become motionless. Contacted seller and they offered 20% which I refused. Now come back with 30%. Have requested full refund but this is proving difficult. Definitely avoid buying from these. Arrived late as well.

  Sent email to ask to get product early, informed wasn’t possible, this day came around and was only sent after this once I had contacted them twice with no return communication, and asked for return (before it had been sent). I was then informed I would have to pay to return and that was it, even though on their store policies is stated seller will pay for return postage! Had to get eBay to step in to help as the seller was no help!

  I haven't received the item yet which was originally due by the 12th, with usual shipping within 3 days of purchase, ordered on the 1st, shipped on the 5th, the add for this product is nothing short of misleading. This is not a product that ships from Virginia Australia, and via an Australia Post Standard Parcel, this item is obviously coming from China as I have a tracking advice from Amarex stating the the item is in the air and hasn't arrived in Australia yet. Seller should be banned!
